3. Quote Requests

Quote requests submitted through our website are not binding orders. We will contact you to discuss your requirements and provide a formal quotation. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders and Payment

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of required deposit as specified in your quote.
• Full payment is required prior to dispatch unless credit terms have been arranged.
• We accept bank transfer, credit card, and other payment methods as specified.

5. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Delivery charges apply based on location and order size.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
• You must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage immediately.

6. Returns and Warranty

• Custom-made products cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Standard products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
• A restocking fee may apply to returns.
• Our products come with a manufacturer's warranty as specified in product documentation.
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

7. Sample Requests

Finish samples are provided free of charge for evaluation purposes. Samples remain the property of Haute Bathrooms and should be returned upon request.

8. Trade Accounts

Trade accounts are available for qualified professionals. Trade pricing and credit terms are subject to approval and separate trade account terms and conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
